Do you attend home births or only hospital births?
I attend births in various settings across Tucson, including home births, birth centers, in hospital birth centers like the TMC Midwifery Center, and all local hospitals. I support individuals in choosing the birth setting that aligns with their preferences and needs. My goal is to provide safe, evidence-based care wherever you choose to give birth.
How do I know if hiring a doula is right for me?

Do you offer virtual consultations or support?
While I do believe strongly in the need to form a solid personal connection, I understand that scheduling in-person appointments may not always be convenient or feasible, especially for individuals with busy schedules or those living in remote areas. I offer virtual consultations and support via phone or video conferencing to accommodate your needs and preferences. Whether you have questions about pregnancy, childbirth, or postpartum care, I'm here to provide guidance and support from the comfort of your own home when needed.
Do you accept insurance?
I am currently in the process to be able to provide services to AHCCCS patients and will soon be accepting Carrot and United Health. I also have a wonderful recommendation for a Tricare accepted doula. Lastly, I can also provide you with documentation for reimbursement to your insurance.
